This absolutely stunning 1954 Chevrolet truck is the fruit of a multi year build and hundreds of hours of labor. This truck has been taken down and put back together from the tires to the roof with no bolts left untouched. Starting with a brand new bare TCI Engineering chassis, this gorgeous ride received a Mustang II style tubular front suspension with rack and pinion steering, fully adjustable 4 link rear suspension with coil over shocks, Currie Ford 9″ rear axle with 3.89 gear and posi traction. Under the hood went a built 383CI V-8 with complete Eagle rotating assembly 383 stroker kit, Edelbrock 2231 cam and lifters, Comp Cams roller rockers, Edelbrock aluminum E-Tec heads, Edelbrock dual quad intake with Edelbrock 500CFM carbs, MSD ignition, Moroso baffled oil pan, custom recirculating fuel system with three separate filters, and a bed mounted vacuum pump to maintain a good vacuum signal at all times. The custom designed and painted cold air intake system is a thing of beauty, and matches perfectly with the clean and polished look under the hood. The transmission is a 700R4 four speed automatic with a push button torque converter lock up for excellent highway cruise RPM. It features heavy duty clutches and Corvette servo, high volume pan, a 2200rpm converter, and is actuated via a slick B&M Quick Silver shifter. Brakes are power disc up front and drum in rear, and the exhaust melody is played through Sanderson ceramic coated long tube headers and Magnaflow mufflers. The body of this orange slice of heaven is completely massaged and customized. The cab and hood were cut down 4″, door handles shaved, center vertical grill bar removed, front bumper tucked, custom parking lights added, headlights frenched, custom fuel door added, LED lights, rear fenders widened 2″, custom rear tailgate with hidden hinges and internal handle, custom rear bumper, and custom rear panel with LED brake and back up lights. All this customization was then finished with 3 coats of Valspar Sunset Orange with 3 coats of clear for that deep wet look. Inside you will find power windows, electrically operated cowl vent, auto dimming rear view mirror with compass, Clarion AM/FM/CD stereo with 8″ power subwoofer, ice cold Vintage Air, electric door poppers, tilt steering column, Omega custom gauges, custom center console, and custom bucket seats. There isn’t anything stock on this truck but the glass!! It rides like a Cadillac, is tight as a drum, pulls like a Corvette, and snaps necks as you drive by. This truck is KILLER cool!
